How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 12 business days for United States, You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.

DO I NEED TO PAY THE SALES TAX?
No, there is no sales tax on our site.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. 

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. If you have any questions, please contact us here.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING NOTIFICATION EMAIL?
If you've checked your spam and trash folders and still cannot locate your confirmation or shipping emails, send us a quick request here.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order to make any changes or cancelation. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify upon your behalf.

CAN'T FIND THE PRODUCT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR OR IT'S OUT OF STOCK?
If you are unable to find a product you are looking for on our website, please let us know by filling out our contact us form.

If a product is out of stock, you can enter your email address and be notified as soon as that product is back in stock. Simply enter your email address in the notification box after you select the product and size/color you would like to purchase. Once that product is available you will receive an email letting you know.
